We're seeking talented individuals with a strong sales background to become the face of our brand, particularly those with experience in car sales or real estate sales.
Role Summary: As an Ecommerce Operations Specialist at Jebwa, you will be the backbone of our online sales and operational excellence. You’ll manage the day-to-day ecommerce activities—from product listing and inventory management to order fulfillment and performance analysis. Your role is critical in ensuring our digital storefront runs smoothly and that our luxury products are presented in the best possible light to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Product and Content Management:
- Create, update, and optimize product listings on our ecommerce platform to ensure accurate descriptions, compelling visuals, and competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with creative and sales teams to maintain brand consistency.
Inventory and Order Processing:
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking and accuracy of stock information.
- Oversee the order processing workflow from placement through fulfillment, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, digital retail management, or a related field—experience in the luxury or fashion industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (such as Shopify, Magento, etc.) and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer support.
Organizational Skills:
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
