Every Jebwa order is authenticated, hand-packed, and shipped with tracking and insurance — dispatched within one business day from our West Coast atelier.

Orders placed before 1 PM PST leave the atelier the same day. Weekend and holiday orders dispatch on the next working day.

We ship internationally on every order. Transit times vary by destination and customs processing is managed by your local authority. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the recipient — Jebwa is unable to prepay or refund these charges.

Customs & duties

International parcels may be held briefly by customs. Any duties or import taxes assessed by the destination country are payable by the recipient.

Delayed or lost parcels

A parcel is considered lost after 15 business days in the US postal system, or 21 business days internationally. We’ll open an investigation and keep you updated throughout.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address will incur a re-delivery fee.
