Returns and Exchange Policy
Important Note: This policy only applies for your purchases on jebwa.com. If you buy our products from an online marketplace (Poshmark, Ebay etc.), those orders will follow the return policy of the related marketplace.
Returns
All sales on Jebwa.com are final.
We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell and offer a buyback guarantee in the event that a reputable authentication service provides proof of non-authenticity.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer an exchange program where you can return you original purchase and get a new item.
Exchanges
Our exchange window lasts 5 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Important note: Our 5-day return policy is not available for items deliberately described as “Final Sale—This item is not eligible for return” in the product description.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.

Shipping for Exchange
To exchange your product, you should request a return and we will send you a shipping label.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
