Jebwa Consignment Agreement
Jebwa Consignment Agreement Template (To be signed digitally or physically)
This Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Jebwa LLC. ("Company") and the undersigned consignor ("Consignor").
Item Submission & Ownership
- Consignor affirms that all submitted items are authentic and legally owned by them.
- Items remain the property of the Consignor until sold or withdrawn.
Authentication & Acceptance
- All items are subject to inspection and authentication by Jebwa.
- Jebwa reserves the right to reject any item at its sole discretion.
Pricing & Listing
- Jebwa sets listing prices based on fair market value.
- Promotional or discounted pricing may be applied at Jebwa's discretion to improve sell-through.
Commission & Payment
Payouts are based on the final sale price, less commission as listed in the current commission table:

Consignors may choose between:
- a) Cash Payment – via PayPal or bank transfer, within 10 business days of sale
- b) Jebwa Credit – issued immediately after sale, at a bonus payout rate
Returns & Withdrawal Policy
- Consignor may request return of any unsold item before it is sold.
- Consignor will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Upon withdrawal, consignment status ends and the Agreement is void for that item.
Unsold Items
Items not sold within 120 days will be:
- a) Returned upon request (shipping at consignor's expense), or
- b) Donated or liquidated if no response is received within 14 days of notice.
Liability & Risk
While Jebwa takes every precaution, it is not liable for loss due to unforeseen circumstances (fire, theft, etc.). Insurance is available upon request.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice for all unsold items.
