Livestream Sales Assistant - (Remote - US/Canada)

Company Overview: We are a premier luxury designer resale company. Our daily livestreams on a well-known US marketplace showcase a wide array of high-end products. We're seeking talented individuals with a strong sales background to become the face of our brand, particularly those with experience in car sales or real estate sales.

Role Summary: The Online Live Sales Assistant will support our lead Online Livestream Sales Professional during live shows, ensuring a seamless, engaging experience for our audience. This role is designed for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual who can handle real-time administrative and technical tasks, moderate live interactions, and help maintain the high-energy atmosphere that drives sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Livestream Coordination:
    • Assist the show host in preparing live show operations and product listings.
    • Help hosts during the shows to answer questions and provide timely information.
  • Real-Time Audience Engagement:
    • Monitor live chat and social media interactions during the live stream.
    • Moderate comments, answer frequently asked questions, and escalate complex inquiries to the lead presenter.
  • Technical and Administrative Support:
    • Oversee technical aspects of the livestream, including streaming quality and on-screen graphics, ensuring all elements function properly.
    • Update and manage product information, inventory details, and promotional materials during the show.
  • Data and Feedback Management:
    • Track viewer engagement and sales metrics in real-time, providing insights and immediate feedback to optimize the live event.
    • Prepare brief post-show reports to assist with continuous improvement in live show execution.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Online Livestream Sales Professional to implement sales strategies and maintain the brand’s energetic presence.
  • Communicate any technical issues or viewer trends immediately to ensure a responsive and adaptive live stream.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Sales and Communication Skills: A solid track record in sales, ideally in automotive/real estate, with experience driving revenue. Ability to apply sales techniques in a livestream environment, effectively engaging and persuading audiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers, explaining features, and negotiating sales.

  • Sales Techniques: Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, such as upselling, cross-selling, and closing techniques.

  • Viewer Interaction: Comfortable interacting with viewers on camera, answering questions, and guiding them through the purchasing process.

  • Entertainment/Acting or Broadcasting Background: Experience in performance or entertainment is a plus, enhancing your ability to engage and entertain the audience.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate livestream schedules.

Job Type: Part-time, Full-time or Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
